• Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device info, analytics via Google Analytics (e.g., page views, session duration).
• Notification-related: phone numbers/emails/IDs for SMS/WhatsApp/Teams/Slack (processed via third-party providers).

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless voluntarily provided (and we discourage it).

How We Use Data

To provide and improve the Service (e.g., send reminders/notifications, manage accounts, analyze usage via Google Analytics for site performance). Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR): contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics), consent (where required, e.g., certain marketing).
